The A220 is Airbus’ awesome jet that’s a bit smaller than the Airbus A320-family of aircraft. From a passenger experience standpoint , this is probably the most comfortable narrow body aircraft, given the 2-3 layout, the huge windows, and the wide seats. The plane is fuel efficient and long range.

Greater than 850 Aircraft, and that does not include any regional aircraft that work in the united airlines livery or system. Over half that are narrow body aircraft. W hen we last looked into aircraft powerplant developments (Pro Pilot, Oct 2022, p 24), nearly all engine makers were introducing new products, and most were working on development programs we had not considered before. This was also true when we examined electric powerplants (Pro Pilot, Jan 2024, p 30). This could take a while.
