British Airways acquires Boeing maintenance hangar at London-Gatwick Airport

British Airways has announced it is to acquire the Boeing hangar facility and MRO (maintenance, repair, and overhaul) business located at London-Gatwick Airport operated by the US planemaker since 2019. According to the carrier, the move will secure jobs at the site and expand BAs presence at this key airport.
