With as much as 25 knots of tailwind, we made the flight from Sodus to Alton Bay in only two hours. Unfortunately, this also meant meager ground speeds topping out around 85 knots. hours in actual instrument meteorological conditions (IMC). Lake Winnisquam with Lake Winnipesaukee in the distance.
