In January 2017, it was cleared for a maintenance ferry flight from Frederick to Tulsa. WildKat lifted off for the jump, while the DZST monitored the winds on the DZ. WildKat logged 2000 miles and 12 hours of flight time, consuming 1400 gallons of av gas and many gallons of oil. Saturday was a different story.
