Eve Air Mobility secures additional $50 million to continue eVTOL development

Eve Air Mobility, Embraer’s publicly-listed electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft developer, announced on October 30, 2024, that it has secured a US$50 million loan from Citibank. With this new credit facility, Eve Air Mobility has expanded its liquidity position to around US$480 million. The available funds should enable Eve to continue developing its eVTOL aircraft, the first prototype of which was publicly unveiled in the summer of 2024.

Avfuel Expands Its SAF Footprint In Southeast U.S.

Ann Arbor, Michigan-based aviation fuel supplier Avfuel announced it has expanded its blended Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) offerings across the Southeastern U.S. The blends have a target of 30% neat SAF to 70% conventional jet fuel. Airbus confirmed on October 30, 2024, that 497 commercial aircraft have been delivered during the first nine months of the year comprising 45 A220s, 396 A320 family aircraft, 20 A330s and 36 A350s. Most had plans or meetings, Chris ( YouTube Marauder92V )and I are retired and good to go. The original plan was to meet at 8:30 but we pushed it back to 9:15 so we could preheat. I think we only dropped to 41 degrees here at OCMD but I think Charles said they were in the mid 30's.
