Hi. I am , Aviation Manager of a Colombian corporate company. All planes we have are N registration and we all fly them here with FAA ATP license. Now the company just hired a new pilot with a commercial Colombian license and he also has his private FAA license. Can he fly here in colombia with the FAA private license as a SIC or because this is not a commercial company also as PIC?
