We recently spent a night at the 62-room Four Seasons Bogota Casa Medina. We were just in town for a night, in order to fly the Emirates inaugural flight between Miami and Bogota (which was super fun). Given how little time we had in Bogota, we wanted to make the most of our visit, and be in a walkable area. We had heard that the Four Seasons Bogota Casa Medina has the ideal location for those purposes.

Two people were killed in the crash of Lockheed 12A Electra Junior near Chino Airport in California on Saturday. The aircraft crashed just outside the fence and caught fire. Details on the circumstances of the accident were limited in the first hours afterward and will be updated as they come available. The plane was identified on some sites as N93R, which is registered to the Yanks Air Museum at the Chino Airport.

However, this is not practiced due to safety issues, including potential hazards and injuries to ground personnel, damage to the building, noise, and extensive emissions. Advanced Air mobility Archer has managed to complete the first transition flight of the Midnight eVTOL (it had already achieved this feat some time ago with its smaller demonstrator model) and has posted a cool video of the process. As one would expect, over time, the composition of widebody aircraft flying over the Atlantic changes (although they are all Boeing and Airbus aircraft). New generations of aircraft replace older generations. The busiest airport serving European destinations is New York's JFK International Airport, which has 112-126 daily departures to Europe. Not all transatlantic flights have widebody aircraft; for example, there will be 25 narrowbody Boeing 737 transatlantic routes this summer.

I recently had the chance to travel to Chisinau, the capital of Moldova, to attend the 2024 Aviation-Event , a conference focused on the state and perspectives of the commercial aviation industry in that part of Europe.
