United has been doing an impressive job upgrading its cabins on narrow body aircraft, and it was nice to finally experience that. However, thats at the discretion of pilots, and it seems like more often than not, they choose to keep it turned off. Ive gotta say, the sum of the changes makes for a nicely improved product.
