The flight crew responded that they were starting the turn and requested clearance direct to Kansas City. The controller cleared the flight and said their descent clearance was being processed. But the tail and the left wing were found even further away, four to six miles from the main wreckage.

Beating the Odds I called for and received taxi clearance to the museum and started rolling. Dan received the same clearance. Dan received his taxi clearance, then offered that the whole process works better when the chocks are removed before engine start. Mere recollection of the incident was enough to make me blush.

You must submit the tail number, aircraft type, size, and arrival/departure schedule to request parking. In addition, VHHH has a general aviation terminal (GAT) offering complete aircraft support services, customs, immigration, quarantine (CIQ) clearance, fuel uplifts, and credit arrangements.

I filed IFR , mostly so that I could get the altitude I wanted without having to worry about cloud clearances, and so if some little squirt cumulus popped up, I could blast through it or just nick the side of it. The next leg, and the two after it, followed my standard cross-country plan. There was also a link to a bridge for sale.

During peak hours (0900-2200 LCL) GA aircraft are limited to one movement per tail number (one arrival or one departure), and no quick turns are allowed. If outside parking is full, they’ll try for the Centralized Parking Area or a hangar space. Curfews, Slots, Parking & PPR Pudong is a 24-hour Airport of Entry. No PPR is required.

When I contacted Rochester Approach, the controller came back with, "Are you looking for your clearance to College Park?" I answered in the affirmative, received my clearance, and was given a climb to 6,000 feet as the rain streaked over my windscreen. I gave my tail number and destination. "Oh, Do you have a prop lock?

Once the PPR is approved, you will receive a confirmation ID, which will be your tail number and date of operation. Hangar facilities are not available for transient business aviation operations at MROC. This confirmation number is the tail number plus the date of operation (e.g., MROC has only eight GA parking spots.
