If you’re not stabilized at 200 feet AGL, go around. On a normal landing, you’d pull the power over the threshold, begin your roundout, and flare around 10 feet AGL.

The pilot reported that he was too high and fast crossing the threshold 70 feet above ground level (AGL) at 90 mph. Halfway down the runway the airplane was about 30 feet AGL at a speed of about 45 mph, and oscillating 20 degrees either side of center. No mention of IPC results. Post-almost-flight investigation proved embarrassing.
