This tendency is due to their high center of gravity and heavy engine over the nose wheel. As with any landing, it’s vital to have a stabilized approach. If you’re not stabilized at 200 feet AGL, go around. Hold this extra power as you enter ground effect. In extreme cases, a nose-over can occur.

From the pilot’s seat it cruises near effortlessly and handles nimbly on land or water with a great combination of stability and modest control pressures. Just recognizable in the background is a horizontal stabilizer and one-piece elevator. I think I’d have figured out the trick in another couple hours. The plane will fly itself off.
