My last flight experience with this airline was before the merger of Scoot and Tigerair, so at that time Scoot was only operating the wide-body, the Boeing 777-200ER and then followed by the Boeing 787 Dreamliner and 7 years later, I would fly with Scoot, this time on the airline's new A321NEO, one of my favourite narrow-body aircraft.

When we reached our aircraft, we were the first batch to board so that gave me a chance to explore the cabin. Anyway, once I settled down, the cabin crew came to distribute the menu and also an amenity kit. Once all the passengers settled down and the crew completed the pre-departure checklists, we were on our way.

About 40 minutes on the aircraft, we were finally on our way, no updates from the Captain until later part of the flight. While taxing to the runway, it started raining and off we went! Cabin crew came around to do the BOB (Buy On Board) service and this time, we noticed someone ordering water and wasn't charged so we did the same.

Once that was done, we spent about 1/4 of our flight time taxing to runway 20L. Overall I was satisfied with the flight, the cabin crew were nice and the comfortable cabin that comes with individual IFE Screen and complimentary Wifi which the Boeing 737-800 cabin do not have. We started pushing back.
