It was nice to hear the Captain making announcement before departure and he warned us of some expected turbulence during our descent towards HND. The cabin lights were turned off during take off and we were on our way, 25 minutes behind schedule. I find the announcement from the speaker to be quite soft though.

The aircraft was on final approach to SKG. Looking at the skies, it was a complete opposite from my arrival, the skies were filled with clouds with some angry ones from the distance, I was expecting some turbulence on this flight. By then the aircraft started its descent when the cabin crew were released from their seats.

Those seated from row 21 and behind were to board first then followed by row 11 to 20 and finally the front row passengers boarded last. Once on board, we settled down quickly and the announcement was made about my flight including expected turbulence during the take-off and a reminder not to film the crew and passengers without permission.

Once on board, the cabin crew waiting at the door, showed me to my seat. My first impression of the crew, they seemed nice and I was looking forward to the flight. There were a bit of turbulence during the flight and at one time, the turbulence was a bit intense. Other than that, the service was nothing.

Unlike the A320neo, this aircraft is configured with IFE screen entertainment for every seat and lie-flat bed for the business class cabin and this product is familar to me as I had experienced it before with Copa Airlines and that flight was also a long flight for a narrow-body, about 23 minutes longer than this flight (5 hours 37 mins).
