We launched for AVP around 9am VFR, picking up flight following with Dover approach. As we s as approached Allentown I gave some thought to opening up the IFR plan but held off. Allentown handed me off to Wilkes-Barre and they advised to expect visual runway two-two. I was cleared to land runway two-two, enter left down wind.
