Theyre pretty much the same thing, but heres the difference: DH is measured above the ground (AGL). The minima table lists the DA and Height Above Threshold for each type of RNAV approach. LPV is the most accurate RNAV approach and can get you as low as 200 feet above the ground (AGL), just like an ILS Category I approach.

If you’re not stabilized at 200 feet AGL, go around. On a normal landing, you’d pull the power over the threshold, begin your roundout, and flare around 10 feet AGL. When crossing the threshold, start reducing the power. High-wing aircraft might need more power or pitch to arrest the descent.

If it prevents you from landing close to the threshold, a short runway becomes even shorter. x V SO (or POH recommendation) by around 500 feet AGL.
